Ørestaden is a recent developed area in Copenhagen, Denmark and the developer company needed office and show room space for daily operations and development of the area.
Because Ørestadsselskabet wanted to give potential contractors a unique view of the areas which were for sale, Scandi Byg placed a platform on top of the building. The platform gave potential buyers a unique view of the area and its possibilities.
The office building was constructed so it could be moved and by doing so it was possible to give developers a view of the remaining areas for sale.
